The Building of a Legendary Pizza

Since 1971 the Perrone family has brougt the best pizza to thousands of tables of South Florida and Western North Carolina And doing it the old stubborn Italian way! Also by using the freshest ingredients, produce & finest cheeses we can find! (and alot of loud debates on the subject)! And now we have 3 generations putting their hands on these beauties!!  Oh !!! And By using  a real  brick oven that bakes at 675 degrees
